ChRI Abdul-Halim Sadulaev In the name of Allah, Gracious and Merciful! Innocent victims always cause sympathy and pain in the hearts of normal people, but monsters look for justification of their pathological, antihuman cruelty concerning other peoples in the blood of these victims, in the destinies of whom they have imagined themselves to be the executors of the Divine court, having forgotten, that only the Most High has got such a right. Chechens know well the pain of losses of relatives and friends, which today Londoners feel. Tens thousands of innocent people are buried under the ruins of their own houses and are missing, hundreds thousands of citizens of the ChRI are coolly shot, killed in tortures and executed by Russian invaders, who added to their armory terrorist methods of waging of a war and punitive actions against peace population, without any court. To our great regret, the last genocide of the Kremlin regime against the freedom-loving Chechen people, which proceeds for six years successively, is not only not-condemned, but also is not discussed by any country of the “Great Eight”, the mercy of which comes to nothing more than humanitarian actions for aid of the living in poverty countries of the African continent. Certainly, there is no justification for those, who have committed and continue to commit mean acts of terrorism against peace population; it does not matter, whether he is a victim of injustice or the president of Russia . The world should change in the root, should return to kindness and validity. Only these common human values, instead of military rhetoric of terrorists and extremists with each other, will rescue the world from the future chaos. On behalf of the Chechen people, who still remain the objects of daily terrorist attacks of the Russian occupational gang formations, I express sympathy and solidarity with the people of the Great Britain, and I responsibly declare, that the Chechen Army will apply all its efforts to secure the world from the jack of international terrorism, which today, undoubtedly, the Kremlin is. Zakaev Concerning the Acts of terrorism in London On behalf of the Government of the Chechen Republic I express our deep sympathy and condolences to all Londoners, who have undergone terrorist attacks today. We consider any violence against civil population to be worthy of contempt and resolute condemnation. Only mean purposes can be pursued by acts of terrorism. Chechens understand Londoners better, that anybody else, as we are terrorized by Russia for more than 10 years. The majority of our cities and villages are wiped out, and the quantity of the killed civilians is more than 200 thousand. We do not have any doubts that the terrorists, who attacked London , and the terrorist state apparatus of Russia have old communications, coordinate their actions and pursue one and the same purposes. As a person, compelled to live in London with my family, I express sympathy and condolences to Londoners also on behalf of all Chechens, who have found a refuge in the United Kingdom . Such acts of attacks at peace people do not cause admiration, on the opposite; they cause condemnation all over the world. We believe that threats to the criminals will not solve this problem. It is necessary to struggle against the reasons, generating these phenomena. For more, than 10 years the Chechen people experience such acts of vandalism from the Kremlin – there are more than 250 000 of killed innocent citizens of out country, including more, than 50 000 children.
