keep committing atrocities Informational Center of the Council of Non-Governmental Organizations of CRI (Chechen Republic of Ichkeria) reported that early in the morning on August 23 in the village of Podgornoe, Upper Terek District of CRI, Russian invaders drove up in a UAZ jeep («the pill») and captured two local residents: Adlan Imrpan(-ovich) Elmurzayev, 25, a father of 2 little children, and a young man named Magomed. In the morning their dead bodies were discovered on the outskirts of the village of Meken-Yurt, Upper Terek District. The bodies had test shots fired in their heads. Up until recently Upper Terek District, as well as two other northern districts of the Republic, - Shelkovo and Naur, have been considered to be relatively «calm», but the wave of the Russian terror against peaceful civilians has now reached these districts as well. Early in the morning on August 27 in Zavodskoy District of Jokhar (near the 4th Hospital) Russian aggressors broke into one of the private houses. The invaders captured the head of the household (on the request from his family his name is not revealed) and took him away in an unknown direction. At the same time the invaders looted the house and took all the money that was there, as well as all of the audio and video appliances. Starting early morning on August 27, the locals have been blocking the highway that runs from Zavodskoy District of the capital towards downtown.
