Protest rally in Grozny

On 15th of September, in front of the Government House building in Grozny an unpermitted rally of Chechen women took place, Chechen human rights activists report. As a reason to conduct this action were rumors on the fact, that recently, at the Russian military base in Khankala some local residents who disappeared without a trace 1,5-2 yrs ago have been found alive.
