Blast in Ingushetia that's the reaction on anti-Chechen zachistkas

The war is spilling over Chechen borders - says to Gazeta Aleksandr Cherkasov

I assume that this bombing attack was the reaction on mass zachistkas, which were conducted in Ingushetia in June and in the beginning of July. The war is spilling over the Chechen borders and partly responsible for that are our security services. In June, in normally quiet Ingushetia people begun to disappear, we had attacks of masked individuals on the Chechne refugee camps. Unfortunately, that's the best feed for terrorists. We had already before some minor incidents, when on highways vehicles were being blown up, but those actions weren't so spectacular, as that one yesterday. The bombing in Magas was prepared really good. The capital is only an administration  center, in which there's no houses and apartaments. It's posssible that the purpose of this attack was the liquidation of Mikhail Safonov, the vice-chief of Chechen FSB who also organized zachistkas.
