Putin's representative in Chechnya demands to check out ties of human rights activists with terrorists.

The special-representative of the President of Russia for human rights in Chechnya, Abdul-Khakim Sultygov proposed to check out sources of financing of the ungovernmental human rights organizations on the subject of their possible participation in the international terrorist network, reports the Ekho Moskvy radio station.

Sultygov assumes that international terrorists, not having any official media, have been using for purposes of their propaganda many human rights organizations and are misleading international public opinion.
