The inhabitants of the village of Samashki, Achkhoy-Martan district, the Isaevs
and the Avtorkhanovs, appealed to the Ingush office of the Society for the Russian-Chechen
Friendship to help them in search of their relatives. According to them, on March
10, 2003, four young people were detained at the checkpoint "Caucasus-1" in the
period between 1.30 and 4 pm. The names of three of them are known:
1. Isaev Ansor Adamovich (born in 1983) who was on his way back home to the village
of Samashki from the village of Sleptsovskaya.
2. Isaev Risvan Musaevich (born in 1981) was detained at the same block post at
2.30 pm. (Ansor is Rizvan's uncle).
3. Avtorkhanov Ilman (born in 1974 or in 1975), living in Kooperativnaya Street
was detained at 4 pm not far from the block post "Caucasus-1". The forth detained
person has not been identified yet.
Their relatives have already appealed to all official structures. In the result
of the search started by them they learnt from non-official sources that their
relatives were not alive at that time. But later, having applied to another non-official
source, they found out that their relatives might have been at Khankala.
