Kidnapping in Alkhan-Yurt
On the night of 20 April 2003, the Russian soldiers kidnapped a native of the
village Alkhan-Yurt of Urus-Martan district, Chechnya. A group of Russian servicemen
broke into the house of the Dolakovs at 3:00 am and captured Abdurahman Dolakov,
born in 1967.
Having wakened Abdurahman and tied his hands, the Russians forcibly dragged
him into the UAZ car waiting for them in the street, and took him away. All
attempts of Dolakov's relatives to find out anything about his further fate
are vain.
Capturing in Martan-Chu
In the second half of the day on 27 April 2003, the employees of the Urus-martan
District Department of Internal Affairs captured Aslan Abdurahmanov, aged 30,
living in the village Martan-Chu, Chechnya. According to the eye-witnesses,
Aslan Abdurahmanov was standing at the bus stop in the center of Urus-Martan,
when several people in camouflage got off a car standing nearby and forcibly
pushed him into the car.
Several days later it became known that Aslan was taken to the district Department
of Internal Affairs of Urus-Martan. Abdulahmaniv's relatives have no idea why
he was captured. According to them, Aslan has not done anything reprehensible
and did not take part in military actions carried out on the territory of Chechnya.
Russian soldiers rob the civilians in Chechnya
On the night of 28 April 2003, the Russian solkdiers broke into the house located
in Stepnaya Street in the village Ghekhi of Urus-Martan district, Chechnya.
The soldiers made all members of the Saralievs family to lie on the floor, and
brutally beat one of them - Ruslan Saraliev, aged 35, requiring of him money.
As it became known, the Russians knew that some days earlier Ruslan Saraliev
had received 5000 USD for his business. The robbers threatened the Saralievs
that they would kill Ruslan, and they had to give the required money to them.
After that the soldiers left the house.
