GT:12 countries ready to
receive Chechen refugees from Georgia

(GT News) The head of Chechen human rights defender committee Aslanbek Abdurzakov
declared that 12 countries agreed to receive refuge Chechens from Georgia, the
GT reports. According to Aslanbek Abdurzakov, in addition to the Canadian government,
Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Island, Holland and South American countries agreed
to provide temporal shelter to the Chechen refugees. Aslanbek Abdurzakov says
the US will receive some part of refugees too.
