House blown up, people captured in Kurchaloy

On 15 February 2003, Russian servicemen who arrived in "UAZ" and "NIVA" cars, broke into the house of the Sugaypovs in Gagarin St., village Kurchaloy.

At present the Sugaypovs do not live in Chechnya. One of the rooms is temporarily occupied by Zulpa Tarsaeva. The armed people placed mines and blew up that part of the house which was occupied by the tenant.

One of the Russian servicemen said, they had blown up the house because there :lived the rebels".

After that the same group of the servicemen captured four natives: two brothers Usumovs and two brothers Usparovs - Bilal (b. in 1960) and Said-Magomed (b. in 1965).

Residents of Grozny kidnapped by Russian servicemen

On the night of 12 February 2003, Russian soldiers in masks broke into  a house in Kievskaya St., Grozny (Avtorkhanov district), and took  22-year- old Kazbek Magomadov in unknown direction. According to the relatives of the kidnapped man, the armed people drove in two "Zhiguli" cars. The further fate of Kazbek Magomadov is not known.

Accordign to the eye-witnesses reports, on 11 February 2003, not far from the checkpoint of Russian military, arranged on the way into the city from the villages Pervomaiskaya, Russian servicemen detained a young man. They forcibly made him get in the armored car and drove him away in unknown direction.
