Subject: CP: Pro-Moscow Chechen official accuses federals of kidnapping  and murdering Chechen civilians

Pro-Moscow Chechen official accuses federals of kidnapping and murdering Chechen civilians.

Undergoing medical treatment in Moscow after having been wounded as a result of the explosion of Kadyrov's administration office in Grozny,  so called "secretary of the Security Council of Chechnya" Rudnik Dudaev said in his interview to the agency Interfax called upon the federal authorities to stop the "zachistka" operations resulting in disappearance of the civilians of Chechnya, and withdraw the excessive forces from the republic. According to the Pro-Moscow Chechen official, the Moscow-backed Chechen militia should be given more powers and entrusted with more tasks to maintain proper order in Chechnya. Rudnik Dudaev Is convinced that disappearance of the civilians should be stopped, otherwise, says he, "How can we explain people why they should go to the referendum?" Deliberately omitting half a page of the speech of pro-Moscow Chechen official, pleasing his federal chiefs, I would like to attract your attention to the following fact. Speaking of putting an end to the kidnapping and disappearance of the Chechen civilians, Rudnik Dudaev appeals exclusively to the Russian side, making no mention of the Chechen Resistance Movement. With that Rudnik Dudaev directly points to the authors of summary executions in Chechnya. Moreover, pro-Moscow Chechen official admits that his nephew and uncle as well had been kidnapped not long ago…
