Chechen extremists threaten death penalty

KavkazCenter: Organizers of referendum sentenced to death

Kavkaz Center editors received the text of the judgment made by the Supreme Shari'ah Court of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (CRI) concerning the plans of the invaders' regime to conduct an illegal referendum on the territory of CRI.

Praise be to Allah, peace and mercy be upon the Messenger of Allah, and then:

Russian government announced about conducting a referendum in Chechnya on March 23. This referendum will be conducted during the invasion, in fear and violence, and at gunpoint. The referendum has nothing to do with the right of the Chechen people for free will and for the development of an independent Muslim state. However, these are the goals of the referendum:

1. To use the referendum as a political justification of the invasion and of crimes against the Chechen people;

2. To convince the world community that the Chechen people are willing to stay under the invasion of Kafirs (infidels);

3. Putin's attempt to conceal his military failure in Chechnya from Russia and from the entire world, and for propagandistic purposes make it look like he is willing to solve the problem politically;

4. The attempt to avoid both external and internal pressure on Putin and to avoid the accusation of continuing war operations and of ignoring the settlement on a political level, as well as the attempt to avoid responsibility for the blood shed in Chechnya.

The participation in the referendum will actually mean an agreement to abide under the Russian invasion, and it will mean the acknowledgement of the Russian constitution. Every Muslim must avoid this and not be involved with Russian Kafirs and with the Kafir constitution, and every Muslim must wage war against them.

Almighty Allah said: «Indeed, there is for you a good example in Ibrahim and those with him when they said to their people: Surely we are clear of you and of what you serve besides God; we declare ourselves to be clear of you, and enmity and hatred have appeared between us and you forever until you believe in Allah alone». [Koran, Sura 60:4, «The Examined One»].

Indeed, the consent to remain under the Russian invasion and the adoption of the Kafir constitution is unbelief (Kufr), which brings a Muslim out of Islam, even if one is fasting, praying and stating that he is a Muslim. As Almighty Allah said: «O you who believe! Do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people». [Koran, Sura 5:51, «The Dinner Table»].

Based on what was said above, the Supreme Shari'ah Court is pronouncing the following judgment:

All Muslims of Chechnya are hereby responsible for their refusal to participate in the referendum, since the participation means the sign of friendliness to the Kafirs and consent to their Kufr.

Anyone who pushes the people towards the participation in the referendum or whoever takes part in servicing the referendum are hereby sentenced to death for showing friendliness to the infidels and for aiding the Kafir constitution, which is waging war against Muslims. All Amirs (Commanders), Cadis (Judges) and Mujahideen are hereby entrusted with carrying out this judgment.

We are asking Allah to help Islam and Muslims, and humiliate the infidels and hypocrites.

And may Allah bless and welcome our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and all his disciples.
