Congress of European Chechen Public Organizations prepare legal actions against Russia's crimes.

Congress of European Chechen Public Organizations will be held on March 30 - April 2, 2003 in a small town Schiltigheim in the environs of Strasbourg. The Congress has for an object to work out a general line of counteraction to the anti-colonial policy of the Russian Federation in Chechnya.
The Congress is intended
to be held in two stages. On completion of the first stage of discussing the
political issues the Congress will stop the work for two days. During the recess
of the Congress a scientific-practical conference on legal issues will be held
in another small town Neidorf in the environs of Strasbourg. The Conference
will be participated by the representatives of the international human rights
organizations and experts of law. The scientific-practical conference
will work in a closed regime.
On the grounds of the Conference results the Congress of European Chechen Public Organizations will continue the work.

1. Preparation of the complaint to be made to the European Court on Human Rights about the recognition of the Referendum in the Chechen Republic ncompetent.
2. Preparation of the actions against the Council of Europe to be brought to the European Court of Human Rights on the right of the Russian Federation to be a member of the Council of Europe.
3. Preparation of the action to the Strasbourg Administrative Tribunal on the recognition of the Statutes of the Council of Europe invalid.
4. Preparation of the action brought to the Court of Belgium with regard to B.Eltsin and V.Putin
5. Perspective of organization of the tribunal over the military-political leadership of Russia.
6. Establishment of the
Centre for collecting information on the propagandists of war and war crimes
in Chechnya.
7. Establishment of the European Political Centre for Chechen Emigration.
