CP: Resident of Kotar-Yurt captured

On 1 March 2003, two residents of the village Kotar-Yurt of Achkhoy-Martan district were captured and taken away in the unknown direction by the Russian servicemen. Nothing is known of their further fate: Khatuev and Israilov are missing. Early in the morning on 28 February 2003,the Russian servicemen captured and took away one resident of the village Chiri-Yurt of Shali district.
