Gennadiy Zyuganov tripled the number of those killed in Chechnya

New data about casualties in Chechnya was presented by the leader of National-Patriotic Union of Russia Gennadiy Zyuganov

According - to gzt.Ru, Zyuganov stated at the press conference in Moscow on 30th of January that during time of war in Chechnya about 12 thousand soldiers haveperished, 37 thousand have been wounded To his information about two thousand inhabitants of Chechnya have  disappeared without a trace, more than 100thousand have perished,  200 thousand "Russian speaking" were forced out of the the republic.

These numbers radically differ from the numbers, named by Russian military.

Let us recall that on 17th of January the information agency Interfax with the reference to the source in the Staff of the United Grouping  anti-terror operation in the North Caucasus (i.e., from October 1999) reported that in Chechnya, have perished more than 4700 soldiers and  policecemen, more than 13 thousand soldiers were wounded (namely - 13040) soldiers, and 28 people are considered as disappeared without a trace.
