Unlawful arrest of four refugees in "Satsita" camp for displaced persons

On 6 December 2003, early in the morning, in the camp "Satsita" located pn the outskirts of the stanitsa Orjonikidzevskaya, the employees of Ingush militia arrested four young Chechen refugees, temporarily living in this camp. According to the eye-witnesses reports the militiamen arrived on 4  cars: 2 UAZ-"Tabletka" cars, UAZ-469 and "Zhiguli" cars. The detained refugees were taken to the Sunja District Militia. According to the residents of the tent camp, the militiamen were extremely aggressive. The severely beat the women, began shooting, though there was no special need of doing  so, and woke up the children and disabled people living in this tent camp. According to the employees of Ingush militia, one of the four detainees is suspected in murder, and the others followers of Vahhabism.
