The appeal
Mister High Commissioner!
We lead up to your data, that after New 2003 has stopped activity a department
of 8 polyclinics UNHCR in Azerbaijan, carrying out medical aid to refugees.
We do not know the real reason of closing of the given medical institution,
but we count, that so brutal act has taken place not without intervention
of the Russian authorities as it is represented to us, that thus us, the
Chechen refugees, try to squeeze out back to the Chechen Republic where the
final solution of the Chechen question waits.
Mister High Commissioner!
We address to you in hope that you will not allow that the most destitute
part of refugees has remained without medical aid without which we are expected
with physical death and inhuman agony.
We convincingly ask you to interfere immediately with an event for us, the
patient, wounded and invalids to wait for the help there is no place.
We hope for your humanity, and that you will allow to trample to nobody on
basic articles of the Charter of the United Nations Organization, and will
not allow to mock at the deprived.
