At about 17:00 on November 21, 2002, the Russian soldiers shot a 17- year-old resident of the village Urus-Martan Ruslan Alievich Yandarov. He was the son of the former head of Urus-martan district administration Ali Yandarov. Heaving killed the young man not far from his home, the soldiers unhurriedly left the place. Nobody can tell why a 17-year boy was killed.
