In the morning on 30 November 2002, four blown up bodies were found in the outskirts of the village Kalaus of Nadterechni district. The blown up bodies were found out by a shepherd. The local residents are sure that the killed men are the victims of extra-judicial punishment executed by the Russian servicemen.

According to one of the village inhabitants, it will be impossible to identify the killed persons. The remains have been taken to the Nadterechni district militia department.
